Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 working days for our studio to handcraft and process your order before it is dispatched. All shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been handed over to SingPost.
Local Shipping (Singapore)
  • Rate: Flat rate of SGD $4.00.
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary local shipping for purchases above SGD $100.
  • Delivery Method: Shipped via SingPost Tracked service (delivered directly to your letterbox or doorstep).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via SingPost Speedpost or International Tracked services. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination distance and package weight.
Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Asia & The Pacific: 3–11 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the World (US, Europe, etc.): 5–14 working days after dispatch.
    (Please note that transit times may vary depending on customs processing in your destination country. Delays caused by postal carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or other factors beyond anyone's control will not be our studio's responsibility).
Duties, Taxes, and Delivery Issues
  • Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and taxes. These must be settled entirely by the recipient. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.
  • Incorrect Address: If an order is unsuccessful or returned to us due to an incomplete name, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a local post office, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your order.
